- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The people behind the counter are the rudest!! I will never step foot in there again. Tried to get a passport renewed and they talk with very little knowledge and was told to come at a specific time at 3:30 I showed up at 3:20 and was told she has to run her reports, they were both literally pissed I actually showed up then was told I needed a specific paper which still needed to be filled out. Guy yelled at me like I was supposed to know which paper. If she had told me on the phone I needed it before I went I would've been prepared but she couldn't give a rats a** about that and then she yelled too. So I walked out and told them I would much rather deal with people with actual manners not illiterate people. I called Elmer post office and they were much nicer and told me what I needed without even asking. Won't be going there again! EverBy charles lee, May 15, 2017
